The Regular Monthly Meeting of the Polk Soil and Water Conservation District’s Board of Commissioners typically meets the third Tuesday of each month.

All documents going to the board for approval must be signed and submitted to the office no later than the Wednesday before the meeting.
The last day to submit signed documents for approval at the October 21, 2025 meeting is October 17, 2025.
